Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the case of:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Expired products (as per the date printed on the packet)

  • Incorrect items received

If you receive such an item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please share clear photos or videos of:

  • The product showing the issue

  • The original packaging (including the outer box, labels, and inserts)

Our team will review your case within 1 business day. If your claim is valid:

  • We will arrange for a replacement.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund of up to ₹500.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

  • Damage claims will be accepted only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with the required proof (photos/videos).


Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are not applicable on products purchased using coupon codes, discounts, or during promotional events.

  • No refund or replacement requests will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
